		<description>Josh is great! I met him when I worked at Intel on the Intel Developers Forum. He helped a couple of us in the group get video podcasting started so we could spread the word on what Intel does for developers. He helped us navigate the internal corporate battles, and kept us on the straight and narrow with developers by running the camera and conducting interviews.

He is a great source for news and help, even now that I have been outside of Intel for the last 18 months. He is top of my twitter list, first read in my Reader feeds.

Congratulations, Josh, you deserve the notice from Forrester, you make things happen.</description>
