		<description>I agree with Amber – a strong technology vibe is starting to emanate from Portland.  While still early, it is not going unnoticed and have even had some out-of-state VC’s mention it to me recently.  While Portland hasn’t “popped” yet, momentum is clearly building.  I for one am very excited about what is to come.</description>
