		<description>I was just talking to someone---I think it was Katherine Gray (@thisKat)---the other day about the Brand You issue of Fast Company. 

What always amazes me is that that issue is &lt;strong&gt;over a decade old&lt;/strong&gt;, and we still haven&#039;t truly realized the power of that personal brand.

Tom Peters wins for getting it way, way, way before the rest of the world. Maybe Gary can help carry the torch and help more people realize the potential of this concept.
