		<description>Well now you have first hand confirmation.... I&#039;m seeing a trend. Companies that start here make it a priority to stay. 

Portland is a destination for talent, still  a little thin at the exec level but that&#039;s changing rapidly too! After recruiting heavily for a start up in the Silicon Valley, I can tell you, they love Portland.
