		<description>Re: female speakers.  As the conference producer, this is something that I&#039;m not happy with either.  I invited several women presenters but schedules didn&#039;t work out or there was no interest.  I asked some companies for speaker ideas from within their ranks and none of the candidates were women.  I would definitely like to see more women involved (my other conferences have been a better balance), but it didn&#039;t turn out that way this time.  Not planned, believe me.</description>
