		<description>Congrats to Dawn. Good to see some marketing thought leadership comin out of stumptown. Couldn&#039;t agree more that companies must earn community. I think commercial community building starts with a change in attitude - as companies must first give a shit about what their customers have to say - good, bad or indifferent. No amount of technology or process will overcome a lack of empathy or desire to improve.</description>
