The page you linked to regarding Robert Scoble and Jeremiah Owyang being in Portland for a conference didn't actually mention the conference that was responsible for bringing Robert to town in 2007 for a keynote presentation (Jeremiah was along for the appearance as part of PodTech.net at the time). It was the Internet Strategy Forum Summit. The page you linked to was about a bloggers dinner that happened while they were in town for the Summit (with travel expenses paid for by the Internet Strategy Forum).

In some great related news, this year Jeremiah Owyang is returning to keynote that same event on July 23rd. For more information visit http://www.internetstrategyforum.org/summit
