		<description>My wife and I have been considering places to relocate to and Portland seems awesome in many respects.  One thing that is very concerning right now though is the high unemployment rate (&gt;11%) in Portland.  Can you speak to that at all?</description>

Especially when measuring is somewhat intangible like &quot;Best City for Entrepreneurs&quot; vs. something like &quot;Cities with the lowest crime&quot; which can be measured with certainty. You&#039;ve definitely peaked my interest though. Must visit Portland.</description>
