It's nice to see that others like the idea of finding trusted places to rent or trade though friends and friends of friends. We see a constant stream of issues in the industry and they are almost always caused by the simple issue that renting your home to or from complete strangers can be difficult. I want to say that our experience with the Oregon Angel Fund management team and the due diligence team that worked on us, was very respectful, insightful, and a pleasure overall.
