Slackers need not apply

But before you apply, keep in mind that there are a few ground rules at Jama.

  1. No slackers allowed. You put customers and team first, or you finish last.
  2. No stuffy offices. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
  3. Bikes, yes. Flexible schedules, yes. Music, yes. Making excuses or missing deadlines, no.
  4. We print more t-shirts than brochures. If we can do it on the Web, we do.

I know, sounds rough right? So what are you waiting for? Get to applying. Or visit Jama Software for more details.

What’s that? Not quite your cup of tea? Well maybe one of the other available jobs on the Silicon Florist board will be. Oh? You’re looking for talented folks? Well, post away, my friend.
