eROI seeks an experienced Email Designer to join our fast-paced and fun design team. We're looking for a focused expert that is excited to execute emails based on existing design guidelines and direction that follow best practices and perform. The perfect candidate will be adept at producing diverse styles as we work with a large variety of clients in a range of industries.

Our design team is very collaborative, so the perfect candidate will be a great team player and able to take feedback well. This positions requires a high level of attention to detail. We're looking for pixel perfect design and clean code.

Job requirements:

-2-3 years professional experience (preferably in an agency setting)
-A strong design portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for typography, use of grids, hierarchy, and color theory
-You must be able to flawlessly hand-code cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS (experience coding email a plus)
-Strong verbal and written communication ability. You will be responsible for client facing interactions and presentations.
-Ability to multi-task and stay organized under strict deadlines while attending to project quality and detail.
-Bachelors degree in interactive media, graphic design, web design or equivalent (will consider a proven agency track record in lieu of a degree)
