The Senior DBA will be responsible for developing a data warehouse environment under a variety of situations. You will work with the company's Directors to identify their needs and provide solid solutions including data models, ETL strategies, and metadata. You should understand business processes, data entities, data producers, consumers, and the data quality.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in a SQL Server Database Administration role.
• Expert-level experience using SQL Server 2005 & SQL Server 2008.
• Extensive experience authoring and optimizing database queries, ETL jobs and stored procedures.
• Strong T-SQL programming skills with a proven record of writing efficient SQL.
• Extensive experience managing large volumes of data (millions of rows) with a particular focus on reporting, performance, handling of sensitive data and scalability.
• The ability to architect, design and develop enterprise data warehouse components including databases and ETL using SSIS.
• The ability to perform data analysis, data profiling and identify data quality issues.
• Assess data extraction, report generation and bugs appearing in operations involving the data warehouse.
• Provide production support to solve immediate problems and keep databases online and functional.
• The ability to automate and execute data redundancy practices including database backups and rollbacks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

You will need strong data analysis skills and experience with metadata management, knowledge of principles, techniques, and best practices of enterprise data warehouse. Significant experience is required with data warehouse development including ETL using MS SQL Server environment (including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS).
This is a full-time position.
