Our services team solves complex problems and builds solutions for our clients. We need a hard-working, adept thinker to join the services team and own the technical relationship with our customers.

As our Technical Account Manager, you'll have three overlapping responsibilities: account management, project management, and services delivery. You'll help our customers maximize success through accelerated adoption and productive use of our Web-based requirements management software, Jama Contour. You will also guide pre-sales pilot programs.

You must have a knack for success in challenging customer situations, where you have little information and quickly win customers' trust. You should have 5-8 years of related experience, strong analytical problem solving skills and excellent communication skills. If you have the uncanny ability to listen to customers and tactfully get to the core issues, summarize map a solution, we'd love you to join our team.
