Walker Tracker is growing, and we’re looking for somebody to grow with us. We’re a small but vital SaaS start-up that’s just signed some big clients. We have an immediate need for a customer support person who can jump into our programs and hit the ground running. If you have a good understanding of cloud SaaS, the ability to return all emails within twenty-four hours, an analytical mind, and the desire to help our customers get the most out of Walker Tracker’s world-class programs, send us a resume and cover letter and let’s talk.

About you: You are a courteous, professional, responsible, self-starter who can see and recognize what needs to be done, and do it. You have an ingrained work ethic, and a second-nature facility with simple communication tools like email. You understand that customer support is on the front lines of a company’s success, and you take your interactions with customers seriously. You are excited about learning the ins and outs of a new piece of software, you have a working familiarity with basic HTML, and you have the desire to learn more about web programming.
