You have an ingrained work ethic, and a second-nature facility with simple communication tools like email. You understand that customer support is on the front lines of a company’s success, and you take your interactions with customers seriously. You are excited about learning the ins and outs of a new piece of software, you have a working familiarity with basic HTML, and you have the desire to learn more about web programming.
