Nearing our five-year anniversary as Return (and the anniversary of the resignation from corporate america by one founder), we've been putting off and putting off the important work of our online presence. But the clients we've served have been delighted, so we're not going anywhere.

We need a solid visual designer that can help translate our branded materials into the web site we've planned on cleaning up for these last 5 years.

Preferred experience with CMS, but design chops trump tools. That said, PHP and mySQL experience is valued. You may also be good with front-end stuff like standards-compliant HTML. That's cool. We're not complaining.

We understand the challenges of professional services and working with clients. That's why---upon engagement and approval of a plan for delivery---Return will begin phased payments against a schedule that pays you for progress toward completion.
