Responsibilities
Work directly with Founders on UI/UX Design
Provide input on strategic direction of brand
Implement design framework and ongoing strategy
Manage a team of designers

Experience
Experience creating lean web design design that gets a message across with minimal baggage
Data design is a plus
Network visualization is a huge plus
History working in an early stage venture is a huge plus
