CrowdCompass is looking for a marketing professional who has extensive experience in managing and supporting lead generation activities through salesforce.com and Marketo and/or Loopfuse. The company is looking fora data driven, multi-tasker with a hands-on approach generating cost effective leads.

Desired Skills & Experience
Functional expertise in marketing operations analysis and reporting, including expert use of Salesforce.com. Working knowledge of Marketo and/or Loopfuse is a major plus.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute lead generation and lead nurturing programs. Manage the execution of marketing campaigns in alignment with objectives and provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurement.
Identify and implement best practices and metrics for the lead generation for the sales team, including a lead scoring system.
Responsible for the day‐to‐day operation of Salesforce.com campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals
Assist in the development of new procedures to streamline processes, improve analytical capabilities and increase availability of business intelligence.
Continually oversee and track a variety of marketing channels from email to PPC to SEO and recommend optimization improvements.
Train new users on salesforce.com application and provide follow up assistance as needed
Responsible for keeping the lead pipeline filled through a combination of list development and inbound marketing. Work closely with marketing in procuring and importing high quality data, and ensure optimum use of segmentation.
Expand the inbound marketing process to include Marketo or Loopfuse while maintaining the lead list and data integrity through its integration with Salesforce.com.
Prior experience in correlating marketing programs with results (volume, quality and cost dimensions) to identify areas for improvement for increasing sales pipeline and performance.
Prior experience setting up email marketing systems and campaigns from scratch.
2 to 3 years’ experience with sales management and marketing automation tools, Salesforce.com and other CRM experience with defining drip/nurture email programs
Proven track record of developing successful B2B database programs that drive business results and customer/prospect behavior to improve sales, profitability and customer value
B2B marketing and lead generation experience.
Proven quantitative and analytics skills
Strong experience building reports and analyzing data to drive business decisions that result in increased interest, response, relationships and revenue
“Get things done” mentality; ability to take initiative, multi-task on concurrent projects, meet tight deadlines and succeed in a fluid, fast-paced environment
Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Support ongoing business development
Can work with minimal direction and is highly motivated to succeed
Experience working in technology, software, or software as a service and a thorough understanding of the marketing and sales cycles for enterprise services
Bachelors degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
