ForeclosureRadar is seeking a full time Application Developer to build exceptional interfaces using web and mobile technologies. We're looking for a engaged, upbeat, forward-looking developer ready to work from home or office in the Portland area.

You'll collaborate with a Portland-based team of engineers to design powerful, useful tools that are pleasure to use. You'll create mobile and web-based software products that help realtors, investors, and government customers quickly make informed decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

* Delight our users with interfaces that make the complex seem simple. Participate in brainstorming and help shape future products.

* Work closely with server-side engineers to build fast, rock-solid apps that are a pleasure to use. You'll target a variety of platforms, including mobile, tablet, and desktop using the best available toolsets.

* Stay abreast of the latest developments in toolsets and frameworks, both open-source and commercial. Make sure we're always getting the most accomplished with the least effort.

Job Requirements

* Extensive experience with HTML/CSS required. HTML5 experience a big plus.

* Demonstrated fluency with modern javascript libraries (e.g. ExtJS, jQuery, Prototype, YUI) required. Experience with Java and GWT a plus. Experience using mapping or other 3rd party APIs highly desired.

* Experience developing for touch-based interfaces using native (Objective-C, Java/Dalvik) or web technology such as Sencha Touch, jQTouch, or Titanium.

* Professional work habits, experience with SCM and bug databases mandatory. Agile development expertise (and preference for)

* Experience with server-side programming, especially PHP a big plus.

* Graphic design and UI / UX skills a big plus.

* Experience with Drupal or other CMS a plus.

* BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
