Trapit (http://trap.it) lives and breathes big data, from our real-time processing of web data through our individual user learning databases and back-end analytics. This role assumes overall management of Trapit's data, including reporting and analytics, data structures and schemae, integration with third party data stores, and warehousing. It also involves developing future integration with third-party billing and accounting systems.

Skills
• Handling big data in a real-time distributed environment
• Strong python programming skills
• Experience with distributed NoSQL databases, convergence, and consistency
• Experience with handling personal information, data security, and third party data integrations
• Experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment

Trapit is born out of a $200 million artificial intelligence project completed by DARPA and SRI -- you know, the guys who invented the...Internet.
