Senior Digital Designer

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer who is passionate about making sure thoughtful brand experience and usable design conventions are applied to all projects created and digitally delivered via websites, mobile, applications, social media, and video.

The ideal Senior Digital Designer strives for creative excellence and maintains a professional demeanor with clients, with partners and with colleagues; communicates concepts clearly and concisely, demonstrates involvement and open communication in all aspects of the workplace; and contributes to the overall good nature of the firm.

This individual demonstrates imagination, flexibility and creativity in his/her thinking and work, has strong problem-solving skills, and works efficiently within allocated budgets and timelines.

Checklist:
- Minimum 5 years experience working in digital design
- Experience in front-end design of interfaces for web and applications
- Knowledgeable in preparing and optimizing designs for online consumption
- Understanding of basic UX and IxD principles
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and work on several projects at the same time
- Strong design and conceptual skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to create and manage against specified timelines
- Stellar verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A passion for great design
- Bachelor's degree

Do you:
- Work closely with digital strategy director, technical director, creative director, designers, developers, account directors and project managers – to conceive, develop, and implement designs for digital avenues?
- Direct and take direction from fellow designers?
- Share innovation and insights on current trends in digital technology and design with colleagues?
- Participate in client presentations when appropriate?
- Play friendly?
