Audigy Group is staffed with the top talent across specialties and we are looking for a rock star Systems Analyst to guide the Members with their digital collateral. You must be someone who is able to interface with Members from all different geographic regions as well as technical abilities. We are looking for someone who wants to travel the country and who loves to train.

Initial focus of the Systems Analyst provides installation, training, support and troubleshooting for remote offices on a variety of hardware platforms and software programs.
Job Duties Include:
Software and Hardware Support
• Provides support and technical assistance to Audigy Group members. Responds to user requests for service and determines nature and extent of support required
• Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots a wide range of hardware and software.
• Performs hardware/software upgrades to existing computer equipment as required to better support the practices and to provide a stable working environment.
• Configures user access control, including creating user groups, managing shared resources, and configuring security levels, both for network resources and within software programs.
• Develops job aids for repetitive tasks performed in software applications.
• Sets up batch files or procedures to automate and streamline processes while increasing reliability, consistency and durability of systems.
. Customer Service Support
• Responds to problems via web site, email, in person and over the phone.
• Investigates error messages and determines resolutions.
• Proactively suggests improvements to streamline and improve customer service support for end users.
• Calls software vendors or accesses on line technical support to troubleshoot, obtain software updates, and facilitate hardware replacements.
• Investigates as appropriate areas of potential problem and determines solutions to offer to management for proactive response.
• Trains users as needed in basic and advanced use of software programs and hardware.
• Conduct group training as requested to increase end user knowledge and facilitate better use of IT resources.

Systems Analyst - Members
Miscellaneous Duties
• Meets with and advises Director and other members of management in the design, implementation, and configuration of networks and software.
• Advises Director in changing standards for IT resources as they relate to member businesses.
• Assists in evaluations and testing of IT resources and in planning for future practice needs.
• Assist with the procurement of hardware and software for member businesses ensuring best practices are followed.
• Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objective of the position.

Qualifications Include:
• Requires special technical knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users.
• Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.
• Requires hands on experience with office equipment, including PCs, servers, firewalls, fax machines, copiers, and telephones
• Requires sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions.
• Knowledge of how to assemble and disassemble PC and server components, including cabling.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication and training skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Capability to work well under pressure while maintaining professional appearance demeanor.
• A BA/BS degree in computer science or related discipline is preferred plus five years relevant experience; or the combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position.
• Ability to lift 50 lb. boxes.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 50% of the time
• Ability to respond to incidents 24x7 on a rotating basis.
