# POSSE up! I mean, um, in the Cloud, this Wednesday

I may have mentioned a time or two that Portland loves the open source stuff. No, I’m serious.

But what if you’re an entrepreneur interested in building a startup using open source software? I mean, there can’t be a group for that can there?

Of course there can. This is Portland, silly. The group you’re seeking is [POSSE (Portland Open Source Software Entrepreneurs)](http://possepdx.org/ "POSSE Portland Open Source Software Entrepreneurs"). And this week, the folks at POSSE will be discussing [open source software up in the Cloud](http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/4226210 "POSSE: Open Source Software in the Cloud"), Wednesday.
