# Interested in presenting at an Ignite? Ignite Corvallis 3 may be your opportunity

While we’ve just wrapped up an [Ignite Portland](http://igniteportland.com "Ignite Portland"), that’s not the only Ignite in town. Um. Well it is kinda, I guess. I mean, there’s [Ignite Government coming up at GOSCON](http://goscon.org/ignitegov "Ignite Government"). But other than that, that’s about it for Portland and Ignites. Maybe it would be better if I said “That’s not the only Ignite in the Silicon Forest.”

You see, [Ignite Corvallis 3](http://ignitecorvallis.com/ "Ignite Corvallis") is still accepting submissions. And if you [apply](http://proposals.ignitecorvallis.com/events/3/proposals/new "Apply to present at Ignite Corvallis 3"), there’s a really good chance you’ll be on stage. If you’re into that sort of thing.

Same rules apply as other Ignites.

> If you had five minutes to talk to Corvallis what would you say? What if you only got 20 slides and they rotated automatically after 15 seconds? Launch a web site? Teach a hack? Talk about recent learning, successes, failures? Inspire people to act? Fill out the form to submit your talk. We are looking for talks that will inspire and teach, not recruiting or product pitches.

The deadline for proposals is Thursday, October 7, 2010. And Ignite Corvallis will be held—with you on stage hopefully—on November 11, 2010.
