# Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. Or Sell Simply where you’re one tweet away from selling. (And buying ain’t that hard either.)

If the Web is good for one thing, it’s for buying stuff. I mean, really. Most of the time you’re either buying or you’re looking for something that you plan to buy. It’s just a big old marketplace.

But have you ever actually tried to sell something online? Yeesh. It can be a mess. And that’s why [Sell Simply](http://sellsimp.ly/ "Sell Simply"), a new service from Portland-based [the Good](http://www.thegood.com/ "the Good"), is a breath of fresh air. Plus, if you have a [Twitter](http://twitter.com "Twitter") account—which I’m willing to bet you do—you already have a Sell Simply store, all thanks to the magic of [OAuth](http://oauth.net/ "OAuth").

> The challenge was to make selling and buying anything online dead simple, transparent and efficient by using existing platforms people are already engaged in. From both a design and usability standpoint, simplicity was the overarching guiding principle. Challenges abound when developing user flows for selling, buying, listing, bidding, and all other elements inherent in creating an online e-commerce marketplace.

> Think of Sell Simply as an Etsy, only social, simpler, without fees, no product restrictions, controlled with your twitter account. Think of Sell Simply as Craigslist, only totally transparent, real time, spam free, without all the back and forth email hassle. Think of Sell Simply as an Ebay, only something that takes you minutes, not hours to experience.

Besides how can you not like something based on Einstein’s assertion that “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.” That’s right. You can’t not like it. So go look.

[Buying stuff is, well, simple](http://sellsimp.ly/buy.php "Buy on Sell Simply"). Sell Simply lets you quickly sift through products for sale or search by price and location. But what if you’re looking for something that’s not there? Well, follow that search. And when there are items there, you’ll be told.

[Managing your store is equally, um, simple](http://sellsimp.ly/sell.php "Selling on Sell Simply"). Actually, it’s simplererer. Just follow @sellsimply on Twitter. Then tweet your listing at it. And voila! It’s listed. How’s that for simple? That’s even easier than keeping your @ replies and DMs straight.

In fact, the hardest part about using Sell Simply is remembering the address: [sellsimp.ly](http://sellsimp.ly/ "Sell Simply"). So take a few minutes to tool around and check it out. And then? Get to selling. Simply. And stuff.
