# Heading to SXSW? Don't miss Urban Airship's Mobile Saturday

If you’ve been to an event at [Urban Airship](http://urbanairship.com "Urban Airship")‘s Portland headquarters, you may be familiar with a giant metal dirigible that sits alongside the meeting space in the building. What you may not know is [that contraption was slated to be part of a big SXSW event](http://urbanairship.com/blog/2012/02/27/unveiling-urban-airships-sxsw-mobile-roundtable "Unveiling Urban Airship’s SXSW Mobile Roundtable"), last year. If it hadn’t rained most of the time.

Well, leave to UA to make a big deal even bigger. This year, they’re [taking over an entire Saturday at SXSW with Mobile Saturday](http://urbanairship.com/mobile-saturday-at-sxsw-2013 "Mobile Saturday with Urban Airship").

According to the [press release](http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/02/05/idUSnMKW82303a+1c0+MKW20130205 "SXSW and Urban Airship Unveil the Inaugural Mobile Saturday, Debuting at SXSW Interactive"):

Urban Airship programmed the topics and assembled an all-star line-up of customers and experts to speak at Mobile Saturday including: ABC News, Atimi, BET, Beyond the Rack, Bottle Rocket, Branding Brand, ExactTarget, Hotels.com, Redbox, Starbucks, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, World Wrestling Entertainment, Xomo and Xtreme Labs.
