# What I did this summer: Show & Tell with PDX Creative Coders

One of the best things about Portland is its creative energy. And its willingness to experiment. Perhaps nowhere is that more obvious than the intersection of design and tech. Where folks are building all kinds of wacky stuff. To express themselves. And to see what they can do. And if you’re interested in what they can do, you’re in luck. It’s time for another [Show & Tell with PDX Creative Coders](http://www.meetup.com/PDX-Creative-Coders/events/199662992/ "Show & Tell with Portland Creative Coders").

> Show and Tell returns with a few guest speakers. This is a chance to see what cool projects fellow Portlanders are working on and show off your own successes.

> Last time, we saw brain waves generating music, tango movements rendered as paintings, tripped through space with Trimeshter, and more. For [\#2](https://siliconflorist.com/tag/2/), let’s who knows what’s going to happen!

The event will be hosted at design and tech hub [Instrument](http://weareinstrument.com/ "Instrument") this Thursday, September 4. Doors open at 6PM. Presentations begin around 7PM.

If you’re looking for a little inspiration and a whole lot of creativity, [RSVP for PDX Creative Coders on Meetup](http://www.meetup.com/PDX-Creative-Coders/events/199662992/ "Show & Tell with Portland Creative Coders").
