# Take a break from running around crazily to run in an organized fashion: 4K 4Charity Fun Run PDX, October 21, 2015

If there’s one thing startups are good at, it’s running around with their hair on fire, figuratively. Now Portland startups have a chance to run around literally—and its for a good cause. On October 21, 2015, hundreds of your peers will be taking to the streets for the [4K 4Charity Fun Run PDX](http://4k4charity.com/run/pdx/ "4K 4Charity Fun Run PDX"). an effort to raise money and awareness for Rosemary Anderson High School.

> The 4K 4Charity Fun Run PDX celebrates the achievements of the growing technology community in Portland, Oregon and promotes diversity. Fostering wellness and networking in a casual, fun environment, the 4K 4Charity Fun Run PDX presents corporate and individual participants the opportunity to give back.
