# OTBC changes leadership

Beaverton startup hub [OTBC](https://otbc.org) is changing its leadership team. [Steve Morris](https://www.linkedin.com/in/stevenrmorris/), who has led the organization as executive director for 16 years, is retiring. [Jim McCreight](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jim-mccreight-938645107/), director of strategic partnerships, will assume the executive director role. [Julie Brown](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jabrown87/) will take on the role of director of operations.
