# If you missed the opportunity to RSVP for “Startup founders: Where are they now…?” get ready to be happy

After hosting 400+ folks for the [Portland startup community 2025 kickoff](https://www.meetup.com/pie-portland-startup-community/events/304781723/?eventOrigin=group_past_events) event, we decided to dial it back a bit. For the next couple of [Portland startup community events](https://www.meetup.com/pie-portland-startup-community/), we’ll be focusing on smaller community events that focus on particular founders. The next event takes place Tuesday, February 11, 2025, featuring Black founders who have participated in [Built Oregon](https://builtoregon.com), [PIE](https://piepdx.com), [Pitch Black](https://pitchblack.org), and/or [Vanport Studio](https://vanportstudio.com). The bad news…? It’s been sold out for a week. The good news…? [There’s a livestream](https://www.youtube.com/live/mOS9vfvPblc).



> Join us for an evening of fireside chats hosted by Stephen Green, founder of Pitch Black and Vanport Studio, as we all get up to date on the latest and greatest from founders in our community.

The livestream begins at 5:30PM Pacific Time on February 11, 2025. It will also be recorded.
