# Stiira and Yak walk away with big checks at the Angel Oregon Tech competition

[According to Portland Business Journal](https://www.bizjournals.com/portland/inno/stories/news/2025/08/19/hr-software-stiira-aotech.html), there were multiple winners in the OEN Angel Oregon Tech competition, this time around. [Stiira](https://www.stiira.com/) walked away with the big prize, but local startup [Yak](https://yaktech.io/) also secured an investment from the angel investors.
