# Portland will be part of the OpenClaw Global Unhackathon

And Portland often does a great job of rising to the occasion on hackathon opportunities. That’s why I’m excited to see that AI Tinkerers Portland is bringing us to the OpenClaw Global Unhackathon.

> This is a synchronized, heads-down build session happening across **24 AI Tinkerers cities worldwide** for the people building with **OpenClaw / ClawdBot**.
>
> If you still have “set up OpenClaw” sitting on your backlog, this is your chance to lock in and get things running.
>
> Forget the pitches, the panels, and the prizes. This event is dedicated solely to shipping code, setting up infrastructure, and debugging components side-by-side with other serious builders.

The event takes place Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 1:00PM to 6:00PM at NedSpace. Space is limited, so if this sounds interesting, [please register today](https://portland.aitinkerers.org/p/openclaw-global-unhackathon-portland).

For more information or to stay in the loop on future events, visit [AI Tinkerers Portland](https://portland.aitinkerers.org/).
