# Help Hasaan hate Portland in a feature length film

If you’re from Portland — or least familiar with Portland — you’re probably aware of [Hasaan Hates Portland](https://www.hasaanhatesportland.com/). (tl;dr It’s a more pointed and comedic look at Portland than Portlandia.) And I’ve eagerly been awaiting more content from the project. Well, looks like that wish has been answered. [Hasaan Hates Portland is working on a feature length film](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mischawebley/hasaan-hates-portland). And you can help.

And if you’re interested in supporting the project, you’re in luck. Because they’re running a Kickstarter campaign to fund the effort.

> The film follows Hasaan, a depressed single dad, as he’s suddenly evicted from his home, which sets off a bizarre series of events that follow him throughout a single day as he tries to get his life back on track. When his well-meaning neighbors launch a protest to save his home, he’s suddenly thrust into the spotlight as a reluctant hero who accidentally becomes the face of a movement that he wishes would just leave him alone.
