This is a remote contract-to-hire role for a QA and Technical Support professional at Spoken. The role involves testing and validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of the Spoken platform, documenting defects, and verifying fixes. The individual will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues related to platform features and integrations, and guide creators through setup and best practices. Day-to-day tasks include expanding our QA automation, manually testing, collaborating with developers and product teams, and contributing to process improvements and support documentation to enhance the user experience.
