# Pitch Latino Portland 2026: Ten Latine founded companies ready to take the Newmark stage

If you’ve been around the Portland startup community for any amount of time, [Pitch Latino](https://siliconflorist.com/?s=pitch+latino) probably needs no introduction. It has become the region’s biggest celebration of Latine entrepreneurs — and branched out to so many locations that the local version is now [Pitch Latino Portland](https://www.latinofounder.com/pitchlatinoportland). And that’s not the only change. You see, this year, [Latino Founders](https://latinofounder.com) is cranking the show up a notch by bringing the event to a brand new location, the Newmark Theatre.

> Pitch Latino is a signature entrepreneurial showcase and pitch competition produced by Latino Founders. The event celebrates Latino entrepreneurship, innovation, and community impact by providing founders with visibility, mentorship, and access to networks and resources. Latino entrepreneurs present five-minute pitches followed by three minutes of audience questions. The showcase is industry-agnostic and open to Latino entrepreneurs across sectors.

The lineup this year spans climate, CPG, technology, AI, and health. Taking the stage:

- Montserrat Andreys, Hey Doc Clinic
- Erika Arevalo, Corazon Art & Handcrafts
- Angel Cardona, Alambique Inquieto
- Edgar Garcia Chavez, NAYO Creative Productions
- Aurora Diaz, The Jefas
- Richard Flores, Raíz Digital
- Angel Morales, VetVision AI
- August Oltera, AllMinds
- Yvonne Pérez, Make & Mary
- Nora Hernandez and Oscar Villaseñor

Eleven folks, ten companies, five minutes each. Pitching in front of a room that gets to weigh in. And every single person pitching walks away with a big check of some sort. Because Latino Founders knows firsthand how hard it is to be a founder. And they want to make sure that everyone is compensated for their time and effort — regardless of the outcome.

The event takes place Thursday, October 8, 2026. Tickets are $55. It’s reserved seating and it’s open to all ages. So you can pick your spot and bring whomever you’d like. Doors and registration open at 5:30PM. Things kick off at 6:00PM.

For more information or to grab your seat, visit [Pitch Latino Portland](https://www.latinofounder.com/pitchlatinoportland) or the [Portland’5 box office](https://www.portland5.com/event/pitch-latino).
