Portland startup EasyHome has been acquired

EasyHome may not be a familiar name to some folks in the Portland startup community. But I’ve been lucky to spend some time with founder and CEO Sean Kennedy over the years. And during that time, I’ve watched him methodically and quietly grow a valuable company that solved a definitive need in the market. Clearly, I’m not the only one who saw that value. EasyHome has been acquired by Fixle.

Integrating EasyHome’s seamless user experience and innovative solutions further elevates Fixle’s offerings and market position in the built world. This advancement benefits property managers, home inspectors, service technicians, warranty underwriters, insurance adjusters, as well as homeowners and residents, ultimately improving their overall home owning experience.

“Our team at EasyHome couldn’t be more excited to join Fixle,” Sean said. “Our offerings perfectly compliment each other and once combined, will help us deliver impactful solutions for both homeowners and the broader real estate and home service communities.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
