Feeling a little down because the next big Pitch Black competition isn’t until later in the year, this time around…? Well, turn that frown upside down. Because if you act quickly, you can be part of a new — ahem — flavor of Pitch Black: Pitch Black Food, a cooking competition happening in February.
This is a gathering unlike any other. Come experience 6 Black culinary experts showing off their best work for your taste buds. Each dish or drink will be presented by each chef and voted on by you and the 99 other attendees. The chef with the most votes takes home the nights biggest prize.
Sounds like something you’d be down to try? Well, you better hurry. There are only 100 seats available. Tickets are $100, which is pretty affordable for all of the stuff you’ll get to try. All of this takes place at The Redd on February 27, 2025.
Oh. And if you’re a Black chef who would like to compete, they’re accepting applications for that too.
