All told, Inc. featured 38 Portland metro areas companies in the Inc. 5000, this year. While none of the companies rank terribly high on the list of 5000, they’re still worth celebrating. So who made the top 10 locally…? I’m glad you asked because otherwise I’d feel pretty stupid continuing to type. So let’s get into it.
How are the companies assessed…?
Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list are ranked according to their percentage revenue growth over three years, from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must be privately held, for-profit, based in the U.S., and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2025. (Since then, some companies on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) Companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. The minimum revenue requirement is $100,000 for 2022 and $2 million for 2025. All honorees must pass Inc.’s editorial review.
And now, the top 10 from the Portland metro:
- Studson
- Zeal Logistics
- Daniel House Club
- Omorpho
- Portland Gear
- Boulder Care
- The Hemp Collect
- Opt Real Estate
- Home Matters Caregiving
- Amplified Wireless Solutions
At least they’re all in the top 1000 companies. And do you notice anything thematic…? They’re most all physical products. Or services. (Boulder Care is really the only one I’ve been tracking on a regular basis.) Interesting.
