While Portland boasts some of the most successful outdoor and athletic apparel brands around, we’re not exactly a haven for retail outlets. Local startup The Clymb is hoping to change that. And they’re offering up a few Adventures to further stake their claim to the online retail space for outdoor.

Intrepid Travel, the world’s leading small group adventure travel tour operator, is one of the The Clymb’s key partners in the launch. To celebrate, The Clymb is introducing a social media promotion entitled “Seven Trips in Seven Days,” giving fans a daily chance to vote on and win Adventures trips to extraordinary destinations.
“We’ve been beta testing our Adventures trips for several months and we’ve booked thousands of them so far—the demand has been strong,” says Kelly Dachtler, president and co-founder of The Clymb. “Sixty percent of our members have a passport and 85 percent of them are planning an adventure travel trip within the year.
