Today, TiE Oregon held there second of three pitch competitions occuring around the Portland metro area, Columbia River Pitch, a startup pitch competition designed to feature companies from Multnomah County, Oregon, and Clark County, Washington. (Westside Pitch, which focused on Washington County, was the first, and a Clackamas County pitch is in the works.) And when all the votes were tallied, the winners were…
