Portland’s Sightglass raises $3 million Seed

Must have missed this one yesterday. But I wanted to wedge it in before folks checked out for the weekend. Sightglass has raised $3 million in Seed.

Sightglass started two years ago with a mission to bring transparency, trust, and efficiency to the private markets. We believed that it should be easy for investment managers to share information with their limited partners, and that more transparency would strengthen these decades-long partnerships.

Today, our AI-powered investor relations platform streamlines the diligence process for both GPs and their LPs. From smart data rooms to automated DDQ responses, we speed up the fundraising process by hundreds of working hours.

The round was led by Base10 Partners.
