Just came across another startup that’s looking to provide positive reinforcement for good behavior. Remember Dayo, the app that pays you to stay off of social media…? Well if you like that concept, you’re sure to like Aktiv, a new offering that rewards you for moving.
Aktiv is a platform where you can share your activities—like runs, workouts and outdoor adventures—earn rewards, and receive personalized gear recommendations based on your wearable data.
You can easily earn money by sharing your activities and linking them with gear from your gear locker. All money earned can be spent on new gear in the Aktiv Marketplace.
The app is currently available on both iOS and Android. According to the sign up page, it’s still in beta.
