Remember last week when I mentioned that Jon Maroney was stepping away from day-to-day work at Oregon Venture Fund…? Well, things move fast in the venture capital world. Because that position has already been filled, according to the Portland Business Journal. OVF’s Deepthi Madhava is stepping into that role.
If you haven’t had the chance to connect with Deepthi, here’s some context on her experience from her bio:
Prior to joining Oregon Venture Fund, I spent over 12 years as a business consultant at Deloitte and E&Y, where I helped clients structure and execute transformational initiatives with impactful results. I led strategic initiatives that contributed to Deloitte’s growth and leadership position among professional services companies, such as launching a global insights platform, restructuring the Clients & Industries organization, and supporting the Global Industry and Sector operations. I also consulted multiple Fortune 1000 companies to divest their businesses, structure multi-million-dollar service agreements, develop business cases for new go-to-market initiatives and strategic investments. I have a strong background in global program management, strategy, and business model transformation, and I enjoy mentoring, learning, and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
