Claude Code at the capital: Claude Social Night at Venti’s in Salem, Oregon

Why should Portland have all of the AI hackathony and gathering fun around Claude…? It shouldn’t. That’s why it’s nice to see Salem, Oregon, entering the game with Claude Social Night. (On the downside, it’s the same exact night as the TAO AI Sandbox event, April 22, 2026. But alas, such is life. (And isn’t it nice to see competing AI events…?))

Join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community with fellow builders, thinkers, and enthusiasts exploring the frontier of AI.

This is a relaxed social gathering for those curious about Claude, AI tools, and the evolving tech landscape. We’ll have two presentations of local builders who built apps in Claude tooling and Claude Skills. Just good people, great conversations, and a shared interest in what’s next.

Long time Oregon startup and tech guy and Salem resident Jason Harris is playing host. It’s free. It’s casual. And there will be two presentations from local builders who actually built things with Claude tooling. Not pitches. Just folks sharing what they made with Claude.
