Supporting rural Oregon entrepreneurs impacted by the wildfires

We assumed it was going to be an absolutely devastating fire season. Unfortunately, that assumption is rapidly becoming fact. Which means there are hundreds — if not thousands — of rural entrepreneurs who are scrambling to survive. Our friend Brad Attig took the opportunity to round up some ways you can help. (And please, if you’re not in a position to help, please simply consider amplifying Brad’s post. The way you would for a fellow entrepreneur.)

We just gave you a lot of options. Pick one reasonable item you can complete this week that is accessible for you.

These are small actions, but they add up. Rural communities have always run on people choosing to invest in each other, in ordinary ways, over and over, especially when it’s hard.

If you know someone who feels helpless watching this fire season unfold, send them this. Show them they’re not.
