You probably caught the news that Portland startup Vizify has been acquired by Yahoo! And as part of that, the team is being relocated to the Bay Area to be part of the Yahoo! office down there. While it will be sad to see the team go, it will be nice to have some more Portland friendly types down south.
Well, and who can complain about them throwing a little farewell party?
The Vizify team is heading to San Francisco in April but before we go we wanted to throw a little party to thank the community for being so freakin awesome! So stop by Thursday, say hi, and have a drink or three and some tasty hors d’oeuvres. We could use a boost of PDX energy to spread down south!
The get together will be held Thursday, March 20, beginning at 4:30PM at the not-long-for-this-world Vizify office, 812 SW Washington St, Suite 800.
