New digs for OTBC means better access for startups

One of the most well established coworking and mentoring programs in the Portland area has some shiny new office space. OTBC has moved nearby where they used to exist a few years back. The move increases their accessibility by putting them close to the MAX tracks.

The new location features: OTBC’s highly-rated mentoring program; cubicle and partitioned office spaces; private offices; 3 minute walk to MAX; free parking; brand new pub next door (opening soon); bathroom with shower; nearby restaurants (and a brand new coffee shop); and a 24 Hour Fitness.

Prices begin at $195 per month.

For those of you unfamiliar with the Beaverton-based incubator:

OTBC is an incubator for tech startups. We help entrepreneurs start companies by providing affordable office space with opportunities to learn from other resident startups, from our entrepreneur workshops, and from our coaching and mentoring. OTBC has a strong track record of helping companies start, launch, raise funding, and grow.

And with the growing hardware renaissance here in town, OTBC will likely find itself well positioned to lead the next wave of startups—both literally and figuratively.
