RAIN Catalysts names Rachel Jagoda Brunette CEO

Seems like it’s new CEO season. Remember a few months back when I mentioned that Caroline Cummings was stepping down from her role at RAIN Catalysts and that they would be searching for a new person to lead the org? Well, that search has ended successfully. Rachel Jagoda Brunette is the new CEO of RAIN Catalysts.

In her new role, Rachel will spearhead RAIN Catalysts’ mission to cultivate inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems, ensuring that innovation thrives within a multitude of diverse communities. Her appointment comes as Caroline Cummings steps down as CEO, transitioning to a role where she will continue to contribute her expertise by leading special projects within the organization. Caroline’s departure from this role marks the conclusion of an eight-year tenure during which she played a pivotal role in expanding RAIN Catalysts’ mission regionally, nationally, and globally–with a dedicated focus on supporting underserved entrepreneurs.
