Not much longer now. Bend Venture Conference 2024 takes place October 17-18, 2024. But it’s not much of a conference without startups taking the stage. And some of the most interesting opportunities are those startups that are at the earliest stages.Like the BVC Early Stage Finalists.

- Prophetic (Portland, OR) – A SaaS platform that finds and analyzes real estate development opportunities in seconds, not hours.
- Rose City Robotics (Portland, OR) – Autonomous robotic disassembly that enables direct recycling of lithium-ion EV batteries.
Fun fact: Every Portland proper company — Fordje, Prophetic, and Rose City Robotics — is part of UpStart Collective.
And dpeaking of UpStart Collective… they’re back to hosting their First Friday gatherings this week. And this time around, it will be followed by a hackathon.
