Yesterday, we took a little time to reminisce and look back at 2009 in the Silicon Florist. It was an interesting year of highs and lows, startups and shutdowns, big happenings and small changes.
And while I’m very excited to get the chance to spend time with Cami Kaos and Dr. Normal on Strange Love Live tomorrow—as we work on putting a big fat bow on our 2009 wrap-up—I’m also looking forward to seeing what all of you are capable of doing in 2010.
But one thing escapes me. I have no idea what you think will happen next year. So let’s fix that, shall we?
Now, I know you’ve got a few great ideas about what’s what. Maybe you’ve got an awesome top secret stealth project under way. Or maybe you’ve been privy to some discussions that have given you some particular insight. Maybe you’re just really damn smart.
Scratch that. I know you’re really damn smart. Which is why I’m always confused to find you here, reading my poor grammar and strange analogies.
In any case.
Why not help enlighten us on your insight? All it takes is a couple of seconds. And it would really really provide some interesting topics for discussion during Strange Love Live.
What’s that? You will? Really? Thank you so much! Here’s what you do:
Send Cami Kaos an email at strangelovelive [at] gmail.com with the subject: 2010 Predictions, drop me a DM on Twitter, or leave me a voice mail 503 662 2564—so we can play it during the show.
Then, tune into Strange Love Live at 10-ish the evening of January 1, 2010. And see what you and your fellow prognosticators, um, prognosticated. And stuff.
Even if you don’t have any predictions, you might want to tune in. They’ll be a review of 2009, our thoughts about 2010, and maybe—just maybe—some breaking news on topics that are near and dear to our hearts.
I mean, you don’t want to miss the first big stories of 2010, do you? Of course you don’t.
So get those predictions submitted. And we’ll see you on Strange Love Live.
