REMINDER: Talk to the Portland Development Commission (PDC) today about the software community and the latest survey results

Just a quick reminder that if you’re in the Portland software community and have some time this afternoon, it would be a great idea to swing by the Portland Development Commission (PDC) to chat about the Portland software community.

During the event, the PDC will reveal the results of the survey they just conducted—the second in a series of surveys of the Portland software community—and discuss those results with attendees.

What’s in it for you? Well, the reason the PDC is surveying and conversing and whatnot is to help determine where they should focus their resources and effort. Is it user groups that need help? Should Portland do more to woo early stage investors? Is there value in establishing a business mentor program?

So long story short, it’s a great idea for you to show up and make your voice heard.

The event begins at 4:30 PM today (August 3) at the Portland Development Commission. You can RSVP via Audrey Eschright’s Plancast post.
